When you write to us
- For a route problem, include the From and To stations and what you expected to see.
- For a station change, include a link to the official announcement if you have one.
- For advertising or partnership enquiries, put “Advertising” in the subject line.
Lost property, complaints and service updates
We cannot help with tickets, refunds, lost property, or complaints about trains or stations, because we do not operate the metro. Please contact the customer care desk at any station or use the official Hyderabad Metro Rail channels.
